Departments & Leaders

The Propulsion Department designs, manufactures, and tests the solid rocket motors that power our launch vehicles. It exemplifies our motto of 100% leem-made, with screws being the only component we don’t manufacture ourselves—whenever tooling allows it.

We design “from scratch,” drawing from lessons learned (including the occasional explosion :D) and testing components independently, verifying their sizing, while also ensuring maximum performance and reliability.

In the Design Department, we take care of everything related to the development of our launch vehicles, ranging from aerodynamic optimization and structural simulations to the testing and manufacturing of each component. Our goal is to transform ideas into real solutions, taking concepts from the computer screen all the way to the launch pad. We always strive to carry out as many engineering and manufacturing processes as possible within our workshop (except for tube demolding, which we do off-site).

Over time, we have designed and built several rockets, facing challenges that have taught us valuable lessons (some learned the hard way). Each iteration allows us to grow as a team and refine our skills, infusing every project with the dedication, learning, and spirit that define us. In every launch, not only is the technical effort reflected, but also the passion for continuously evolving our capabilities and knowledge.

The Electronics Department is responsible for the development, design, and production of the various systems required to fly and control a rocket, as well as the ground equipment that supports the project’s development, such as instrumentation for test benches or control stations.

All hardware and software are developed in-house, tailored to the needs and requirements of each project, while always building upon
